Here’s how I styled the baseball jersey for the Designer Men’s Room F/W 14 Lookbook. It eventually didn’t make the cut, but I thought I would post the best shots from the shoot. Let me know what you think.

Here’s how I would style a sweater this fall, if I were going on date or wanted to takes it farther than just a casual look. I love adding ties to my outfits, even when it’s not for an interview or meeting, they just bring that flair and pop of color that I love. Let me know what you think of today’s look.
With fall finally upon us, I’ll be making the transition into styling the essentials(sweaters, coats, boots, and all that other good stuff). With this look, I wanted to show how you can wear a sweater in a causal, running errands type of way and still stay true to your style. I found this sweater at the goodwill last month and fell in love with the striped sleeves, which incorporated some of my favorite fall colors. Initially, I was going to pair it with some red chinos, but thought I should let the sweater stand out on its own. The Adidas was the icing on the cake and that pop of green in the shoe really went well with the sweater. Stay tuned tomorrow to see how I style a sweater for a more dressier/date night look.
I teamed up with my Designer Men’s Room, a local consignment store in my area to create a lookbook showcasing the clothes they have to offer this fall and winter. If you’re ever in the indianapolis area please be sure to stop by and check their amazing collection of used clothes.

Comfort - They fit true to size and they also super comfortable. By the end of the day of breaking them in , I almost forgot I had them on, that’s how great they felt on my feet. Plus they’re super lightweight, not heavy on you.
Durability - It has a skeletal leather lining and leather sock lining. EVA cushioned insole and cushioned latex outsole sourced from sustainably harvested trees. So this boot was built to last.
Style- I really love the look of chukka boot. I would pair these chukkas with just about anything. Whether you’re going for a causal or business look, these will definitely compliment your attire and turn heads. The Brady Chukka also comes in a beautiful navy blue color that I own as well.
Final Words- Investing in a great pair of boots goes along way. Quality and craftsmanship is key when it comes to building something that not only last long, but also makes you look and feel great. Trask did on great job on these chukkas and if you can get you hands on a pair, get them.
I teamed up with Bluer Denim to style a pair of their jeans. After a week of wear, I’m super impressed with the quality and feel. The great thing about purchasing jeans from Bluer is that you get to give back. They have plan where you buy a pair, and give a pair. You have the opportunity to donate a pair of your old jeans to Bluer and they will give them new life, then send them to someone in need. Their plan is to giveaway 1,000 pair of jeans by the end of 2014.
Even though we’re in the middle of summer, I’m constantly dreaming of fall.
I took a few weeks off from posting to really rethink and rebuild. I changed my blog around as well as designed a new logo and updated the about, faqs and collaborate page. Since I’ve lost a lot of weight, I’ve started all over with my wardrobe, I kept a few key pieces, but donated everything else to the goodwill and salvation army. So now I’m prepping for the fall, which is what inspired the look you see above. I’m not a big fan of Adidas, but after seeing how people were styling the Stan Smiths, they really grew on me. I love the classic look as well as the hint of green on the tongue and the back of the shoe. I thought that hint of green would go great with the plaid button down I got from L.L. Bean. I also thought the gray tee and light denim denim jeans would balance out the rest of the outfit. What do you think of today’s look?
Talk about a clean and minimal collection of shoes, Feit did their thing for the fall and winter of 2014. You never really understand simplicity until you’ve seen it done right, and the hi and low-top bicolor sneakers up top are calling my name. Be sure to visit FEIT and check out what else they have to offer for both Men and Women from their previous catalogs
I love wearing black and white during the summertime. I really love how women effortlessly pull off wearing black and white as well, which is what inspired this outfit. I kept this look simple by styling the shoes around a classic t-shirt and pair of jeans, followed by a grey sweatshirt tied around my waist, which I thought was a cool finishing touch to the outfit. What do you think of today’s look ?
